Today we’re going over how to look up and file for any unclaimed funds in your name held by your state government or the federal government. Yes, we’re talking about real money that you may be able to file a claim to receive and is rightfully yours.

Only a few sentences stand between you and information about your unclaimed funds, as there is not a lot of explaining I need to do for this topic. I’m happy to report that there are already clear instructions written up about unclaimed funds. However, many people may not know where to find them (in fact, I didn’t up until recently).
