I’m a little late to the game on the topic of hurricanes this year. The National Weather Service (NWS) issued an initial 2024 hurricane season outlook in May and released an updated outlook in early August. That said, it’s never too late to become more informed about storms!
Today I’m providing a list of a few resources from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA, parent org. to the NWS) to help you understand hurricane outlooks, advisories, and preparedness.
