Have you ever had an airline lose your baggage, delay your flight for hours, overbook, or even cancel? These are just a few examples of what can go wrong when flying, particularly during busy travel seasons. I don’t know about you, but I’ve heard (and experienced) enough flight horror stories to last a lifetime.

It’s often a headache for consumers to resolve travel interruptions and obtain appropriate compensation. Understanding your consumer rights and advocating for yourself in those higher-pressure situations can also be daunting. Today’s resource provides information on what you are and aren’t legally entitled to as an aviation consumer.
